Dear Member,
Results from recent Member Satisfaction Surveys revealed Member concern with "x words" postings (what is leadership in one word, what is HR in 6 words, etc.). We now ask Members, therefore, to refrain from posting "x word" posts. We have grandfathered a few popular Discussions initiated before this Guideline was initiated.
If you are attempting to conduct qualitative research on HR, the research rules may apply to you - please visit http://www.linkedhr.com/linkedhr-rules.html for a complete listing of the Rules and refer to Rule # 12 (Researchers). Otherwise, we kindly ask you to rephrase your posting.
