General "Catch All" Template

Dear Member,

Your recent posting on Linked:HR does not follow the Group Rules.

Typical problems found in new members' postings include:

Discussion items that are not "self contained" (i.e., the Members must "click on a link" in order to understand the Discussion and participate in it)

Items posted in languages other than English

Commercial items

Promotions of articles, blogs, webpages, etc. (HR related resources should be posted in the Linked:HR Resources Subgroup)

Discussion items that are not clearly connected to HR (for instance, general networking Discussions, Discussions on marketing, etc.)

Polls or surveys that have not been authorized by the Group Manager

Non-HR jobs (all jobs on Linked:HR should be for HR professionals and should be posted in the "jobs" area of the Group)

Would you kindly read the Group Rules - posted on the upper right hand corner of your screen - prior to posting again? Please contact me if you can't identify the problem and/or feel that this message was reached in error.
