The "News" Area
The NEWS Area of Linked:HR allows Members to post articles, blogs, press releases, etc. NEWS items must FIRST be posted onto a webpage.
- Members often believe, mistakenly, that the News Area is only for "News." Instead, the "News" Area is appropriate any time a Member has a relevant document posted on a Website which he/she wants to share with the other Members.
- Members may only post in the News Area after first publishing the article onto a Website.
Best Practice Tip # 3
Sometimes Members have difficulty posting items on the NEWS area. It is likely that this problem stems from limitations in their own website. Recommend to Members that they contact their webmaster for assistance.
